Black Bean Sweet Potato Chilli

I found this recipe in the paper awhile back. It is simple to make and my husband who doesn't like sweet potatoes really enjoys it.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

    Saute onion over med low heat for a couple minutes. Add garlic, and chilli and spices, saute a couple more minutes. Add tomatoes, grean beans and sweet potatoes and turn heat to med high. Bring to a simmer and add black beans and sugar bring to a boil and simmer over low heat until sweet potatoes are tender.
