I found this on Momsbudget.com. I liked that it used cooked rice because I am always trying to think of things to do with leftover rice.

    Partially cook chicken. Combine all but broccoli in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Add broccoli for last hour of cooking.
