BLT Salad

This is a great salad when fresh tomatoes are in season! I It is a crowd pleaser at potlucks!

SERVES 4 -8 (change servings and units)

    Place bacon in large skillet. Cook over medium high heat, turning frequently, until evenly browned. Drain, crumble and set aside. In blender or food processor, combine mayo, milk, garlic powder, and ground black pepper. Blend until smooth. Season the dressing with salt and pepper as needed. Combine lettuce, tomatoes, bacon and croutons in a large salad bowl. Toss with dressing and serve.
