Delicious! We really loved this quick and easy spread. I used blackberry preserves because I was baking blackberry muffins and my husband is a huge blackberry fan. I did have trouble getting the butter and preserves to incorporate completely. I whipped it with a whisk for a very long time and still had flecks of butter in it. My butter and preserves weren't cold, but I think that if the preserves had been at room temperature or maybe slightly heated, the mixture might have been smoother. It didn't matter though, as soon as I spread it on warm Banana Berry Muffins it melted and tasted wonderful. Thank you for sharing. Made for Zaar Tag
