A wonderful blend of flavors. This may become a Summer favorite!
SERVES 1
Ingredients
- 3/4 ounce apple Schnapps
- 1/4 ounce vodka
- 1/4 ounce blue curacao
- pineapple juice, to taste
Directions

Pour all ingredients except pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker, and mix well.2
Pour into a cocktail glass filled with ice and add pineapple juice to taste.3
Mix well.

Well it's 105 degrees here and we are absolutely burning up. What a refreshing and satisfying drink. Very attractive also. The measurements were so small that I increased them in proportion using 3 ounces apple schnapps to 1 ounce each vodka and blue curacao. Excellent. Will surely make again. Thanks NM for the great cocktail.
