A delicious classic crumble recipe which I made for my parents and I whilst staying with them in England! I used Victoria Plums for a full plum flavour and jumbo oats for a nutty topping. My plums were quite tart, so I added extra sugar. Made for the Photo Swap 2008 - thanks Lori! FT

Absolutely delicous--my plums were a bit tart and the contrast with the sweet crumble was lovely. Alittle cream would really take it over the top.
