10 Grain Sorta Healthy Cookies
SERVES 12 -18 , 36 cookies
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups ten-grain pancake mix
- 1/2 cup sugar (or sugar substitute)
- 1 cup crisp rice cereal
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon maple extract or almond extract or vanilla extract
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.2
Mix all ingredients.3
Roll into small balls.4
Place on a cookie sheet.5
Bake for 10 minutes.6
Cool for one minute, put on cooling rack.7
Give them to kids with a little less guilt.
