1-2-3 Biscuits

I can not wait to try this recipe. I found it in the "Best of the Best From Alaska" cookbook. I am placing it here for reference.
SERVES 4 -6 , 12 -15 biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/3 cup oil
- 2/3 cup milk
Directions
1
Mix the first 3 ingredients together in a bowl.2
Mix oil and milk and then add to dry ingredients.3
Mix until combined.4
Put on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.5
Serve warm.

not bad tasting, a little salty. Very dry before and after cooking. These biscuits would be great with gravy over them. Next time I'm going to try a little more oil to see if they will come out not in peices.
